Space Shuttle Crew
   Commander: During a flight the commander, has onboard responsibility for the ship, crew, mission success and safety of the flight. Pilot Astronaut: They serve as both commander and pilots. A pilot assists the commander in controlling and operating the ship, deploying and retrieving satellites and using the RMS. Mission Specialist Astronauts: They work with the commander and pilot, and have responsibility for coordination the Shuttle systems, crew activity planning, consumables usage and experiment and payload operations. They also do EVAs and operate the RMS. Payload Specialists: They have specialized onboard duties, and are not NASA astronauts.
